RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, refunds, and replacements may be requested.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Be free from damage caused by misuse
- Include proof of purchase
Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used.

- Personal care products
- Hygiene-related items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards

Bovvi reserves the right to determine eligibility for return requests.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- The wrong product
- An incomplete order
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with resolution, we may request:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
If approved, we may provide:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund
at our sole discretion.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was received
- The product arrived damaged
- The product is defective
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
REFUND PROCESS
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for inspection
- 5–10 business days for bank processing
Actual refund timing may vary by financial institution.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled before processing begins.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, packaging, or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if cancellation is requested.
REFUSED DELIVERIES
If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal of shipment
Any applicable shipping, handling, carrier, or return fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Bovvi is not responsible for:
- Stolen packages
- Misdelivered packages due to customer address errors
- Packages left unattended after confirmed delivery
However, we may assist customers in filing carrier claims where available.
EXCHANGES
At this time, Bovvi does not guarantee direct exchanges.
Customers may be instructed to:
- Return the original item (if eligible)
- Place a new order
Exchanges may be offered at Bovvi’s discretion.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers agree to contact Bovvi and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in:
- Account restrictions
- Order cancellation
- Refusal of future service
- Submission of evidence to payment processors
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
If a purchase qualified for:
- Buy One Get One promotions
- Bundle discounts
- Free gifts
- Multi-buy offers
all qualifying items may be required to be returned to receive a full refund.
If qualifying items are not returned, Bovvi may deduct the value of promotional items from the refund amount.
FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect our customers and business, Bovvi reserves the right to:
- Verify return claims
- Request supporting documentation
- Deny suspicious refund requests
- Limit return privileges in cases of abuse
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bovvi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from product returns, refunds, shipping delays, or customer dissatisfaction.
